PLAN COMMISSION MEETING - April 9, 2025 Plan Commission Members: Present: Roger Skrzeczkoski Sr (Chair), Jerry Zarecki, Pat Arnold; Excused: Marlon Marks, Roy Anderson Meeting was called to Order and Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Minutes from December 11, 2024 were read. Motion by Pat Arnold to approve the minutes as read. Seconded by Jerry Zarecki. Motion carried, 3 ayes, 0 nays, 2 excused. Chairperson Skrzeczkoski read Portage County Planning & Zoning Correspondence, a. Cutting Permit – Frank Raikowski, Kretz Lumber Co b. Zoning Permit – Mancl Revc Trust, 4760 Marietta Ln, Rip Rap c. Zoning Permit – Russell & Tamara Hessler, 4740 Marietta Ln, Rip Rap d. Zoning Permit – Alan Phillips, 4605 County Road H, Dwelling Addition, 24’x14’ e. Zoning Permit – Ray deLong, 4740 Blackberry Ln, Camper Permit f. Zoning Permit – William Harris, 3225 Oak Hill Rd, Storage Bldg, 48’x64’ g. Zoning Permit – Mark & Theresa Hamus, 4526 County Road E, Garage, 18’x34’ Discussion lead by Chairperson Skrzeczkoski regarding the new incoming Chairperson, potential members and the new Plan Commission terms. Both Pat and Jerry expressed an interest to remain on the Plan Commission. Chairperson Skrzeczkoski made a recommendation to have Larry Raikowski, who has expressed an interest, be on the Plan Commission. Larry is a current County Board Supervisor for the Town’s District and is also on the Planning & Zoning Committee for the County. Motion by Jerry Zarecki to adjourn. Seconded by Pat Arnold.
