Board Meeting November — Minutes

November 13, 2024 Town Board Monthly Meeting - APPROVED Board Members Present: Roger Skrzeczkoski Sr, Leif Erickson, Wayne Trelka, Sue Stroik, Sue Skrzeczkoski, Others Present: Bill Kiggins, Marge Wojcik, Mary Erickson, Bonnie & Mark Fredrickson, Karen & Roger Dobbs, Dave Erickson, Kathy Metzler The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Skrzeczkoski. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Minutes from the October 9th monthly meeting were read. Chairperson Skrzeczkoski noted the for the sealed bids that it is a 15 gallon oil container with pump and not a 30. Motion by Supervisor Erickson to accept the minutes as read with the noted correction for the oil container. Seconded by Supervisor Trelka. Motion carried 3 ayes, 0 nays. Minutes from the October 21st Hire meeting were read. Motion by Supervisor Erickson to approve the minutes as read. Seconded by Supervisor Trelka. Motion carried, 3 ayes, 0 nays. Chairperson Skrzeczkoski moved to place the Treasurer’s report on file. Discussion regarding the drop off center and the need for new security cameras. Motion by Chairperson Skrzeczkoski to purchase new security cameras not to exceed $500.00. Seconded by Supervisor Erickson. Motion carried 3 ayes, 0 nays. Bids are being accepted and will be posted for Miller Welder and 15 gallon oil drum with pump. Bids will be due 12/11/2024 by 6:00 pm. Bid amount must be dollar specific. Motion by Supervisor Erickson at this time to not pursue having a drop-off area for grass clippings. Seconded by Supervisor Trelka. Motion carried, 3 ayes, 0 nays. Discussion regarding the remaining ARPA funds. Motion by Supervisor Trelka to purchase two tires for the grader utilizing the remaining ARPA funds, with the balance paid from the Town budget. Seconded by Supervisor Erickson. Motion carried, 3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion by Chairperson Skrzeczkoski to pay bills and adjourn. Seconded by Supervisor Erickson. Motion carried 3 ayes, 0 nays.
