The only action to be taken at the above noticed meeting will be action by the Pabst Farms Joint Stormwater District.” Pabst Farms Joint Stormwater District Meeting Minutes June 24, 2026 President Nash called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm. Members present: Commissioner Phillips, Commissioner Wagner, Commissioner Brozovich, President Nash and Vice President Herzog Others present: Ryan Fritsch (Neumann Development), Brian Pehl (SEH) and Tina Wallace (City of Oconomowoc) 2. Approve Minutes of May 20, 2026 Meeting: Motion by Herzog to approve the minutes from the 5/2026 meeting; second by Phillips. Motion carried 5-0. 3. Comments from Audience: Nash stated there will be no formal action on Item 5. Herzog stated that there is no update, and no easements have been submitted regarding the pathway. He also explained the role of the Pabst Farms Stormwater District. Al Baumgart, Treasurer of the HOA, spoke regarding the pathway extension. He stated the HOA made some suggestions to Brian Bell such as saving some trees by moving the pathway towards the pond. Dennis Jensen, 1542 Champion Ct, spoke against the pathway extension. Nash stated that this body does not make the decision on whether there is a path or not. She directed everyone to contact the City of Oconomowoc City Planner. 4. Comments from Staff: None. 5. Discussion on possible easements for extension of pathway for Village Crossings: Motion by Phillips to table to a future meeting; second by Wagner. Motion carried 5-0. 6. Discussion and action on Lake Country Village and Interlaken Village stormwater basins 1-4 and 10 transfer: Ryan Fritsch from Neumann Development stated this request is for acceptance for about 50% of the basins constructed in Lake Country Village. He stated they have been maintaining the basins for the last 3 years and the functionality is working properly. Herzog asked if they ever did any Infiltration Rate Testing. Fritsch responded no. Herzog asked if there was any thought on needing any type of test to make sure that these rates are currently at the design specs. Fritsch stated with past weather events there have been no issues. Brian Pehl from SEH stated a site visit was conducted back in August of 2025 and all noted fixes were made. He has no issues or concerns. Commissioners discussed the acceptance of the stormwater basins, maintenance routine, treatment of wet ponds and HOA responsibilities. Motion by Herzog to approve the stormwater basins 1-4 and 10 to be transferred to PFJSD; second by Phillips. Motion carried 5-0. 7. Comments from Commissioners: Herzog requested that we get something from the HOA that clearly defines the HOA’s responsibilities and expectations of the PFJSD. Nash stated she will reach out the HOA. 9. Set meeting date for next meeting: The next meeting to be determined. Motion by Phillips to adjourn at 5:34 pm; second by Brozovich.
