PLAN COMMISSION MEETING – May 8, 2024 - APPROVED Plan Commission Members: Present: Roger Skrzeczkoski Sr (Chair), Roy Anderson, Jerry Zarecki; Excused : Pat Arnold, Marlon Marks Meeting was called to Order and Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Minutes from February 14,2 024 were read. Motion by Chair Roger Skrzeczkoski to approve the minutes as read. Seconded by Roy Anderson. Motion carried, 3 ayes, 0 nays, 2 excused. Motion by Chairperson Skrzeczkoski to recommend to the Town Board, the application and permit for shallow water markers, Sue Pohlkamp, from the DuBay Property Owners Association, on behalf of the property owner, Dennis Dawiedzyk, 2369 Lake Rd, Junction City, WI 54443. Motion seconded by Jerry Zarecki. Motion carried 3 ayes, 0 nays, 2 excused Discussion regarding an inquiry in to possible marine storage units on property located on River Rd that is currently for sale. Zoning would need to be changed to C4 in order to accommodate building of storage units. Motion by Chair Roger Skrzeczkoski to recommend to the Town Board, to not rezone property to C4. Seconded by Roy Anderson. Motion carried 3 ayes, 0 nays, 2 excused Motion by Chairperson Skrzeczkoski to recommend to the Town Board, the Resolution to participate in the DNR’s Road Aid Program to add Gravel and Grade Swamp Lane for the amount of $4,950.00. Seconded by Jerry Zarecki. Motion carried 3 ayes, 0 nays, 2 excused. Portage County Planning & Zoning Correspondence, a.
