City Planner Jason Gallo reviewed the CSM Reddelien Road land division application for two lots in the Town that did not incorporate into the Village of Lac La Belle. Gallo expressed concerns about the land dedication at only 33’ abutting Reddelien Road which is 100’ of right-of-way on the Official Map and with Applicant wanting to keep the dedication only at 33’ instead of 50’. Gallo said staff recommendation was to deny the CSM application. There was further discussion on future road widening, sidewalks, trails and the possibility for other infrastructure work. Applicant, Barbara Weisensel, W394N4988 Reddelien Rd. was willing to dedicate the additional land for the parcel with the home on it, Lot 1, but not larger, farm parcel. Gallo said the Plan Commission recommendation was a 50’dedication along the entire frontage of the CSM.
