Town of Christiana Special Town Board Meeting Agenda - *Amended September 17, 2026, 6:00 p.m. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Special Town Board Meeting of the Town of Christiana Board will occur on Thursday, *September 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Christiana Town Hall, 773 Koshkonong Road, Cambridge, WI 53523. 1. ORDER OF BUSINESS a. Call Meeting to Order b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Roll Call d. Confirmation of Meeting Notice/Posting 2. PUBLIC COMMENT– Please fill out a public comment form and return to the Clerk or Chair before the start of the meeting. Note: Under ‘Public Comment’, the public may comment on any topic. Public comment is not required by law; however, state ‘Open Meeting Law’ does not permit the board to take any action on matters not listed on the agenda. Comments may be limited to a time-limit by the board. 3. NEW BUSINESS a. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-0917 opposing the 765 kV transmission line. b. Discussion and possible action regarding sending letters to the Wisconsin legislature opposing longer and heaver trucks on local roads and roads throughout the state. 4. OLD BUSINESS a. Discussion and possible action regarding the proposed CC Fire and EMS Commission proposed 2027 IGA. 5. ADJOURNMENT Notes: A quorum of the Town of Christiana Plan Commission may be in attendance to gather information relevant to their responsibilities. The Plan Commission will not consider any matter or take any action at this meeting.
