This constitutes a meeting of the Common Council pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v. Wisconsin BACKGROUND Brenda Caraballo, Agent and President of Lucky 7 Sport, LLC, has made application for a Class “B” Fermented Malt Beverage and “Class C” Wine license to sell beer and wine for on-premise consumption at 744 E. Wisconsin Avenue as a tenant of Suite B of the Oconomowoc BP gas station. Included with the application is a Floor Plan depicting the layout along with a Criteria Sheet and Business Plan. The existing BP gas station is currently licensed with a “Class A” Beer and Intoxicating Liquor off-premise retail sales license issued to Oconomowoc BP, Sukhwinder Pal, Agent. ADDITIONAL ANALYSIS The Police Department has reviewed the application and is recommending denial of the new license. FINANCIAL IMPACT N\A COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION Motion to recommend to Council Resolution 26-R3391 approving or denying the new license. SUGGESTED COMMON COUNCIL MOTION Motion to adopt Resolution 26-R3391 approving or denying the new license. 2 RESOLUTION NO. 26-R3391 RESOLUTION FOR 2026-2027 CLASS “B” FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGE AND “CLASS C” WINE LICENSES TO LUCKY 7 SPORT, LLC WHEREAS, an application for the following new license has been made, necessary fees deposited, and all procedures have been taken, as per ordinance of the City of Oconomowoc. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oconomowoc that license application submitted for: Lucky 7 Sport, LLC 744 E. Wisconsin Avenue, Suite B Brenda Caraballo, Agent 1238 S. 28th St., Milwaukee o Class “B” Fermented Malt Beverage and “Class C” Wine license, on-premise consumption, be granted. -OR- o Class “B” Fermented Malt Beverage and “Class C” Wine license, on-premise consumption, be denied.
