April 17, 2026 Minutes Page 1 of 1 Town of Christiana Special Town Board Meeting Minutes April 17, 2026, 4:00 PM The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. In attendance were Chair Jim Lowrey, Supervisors Steve Kriedeman, Dawn Redford, Clerk-Treasurer Kathleen Egre, PW Director Steve Brandt. PROCEDURAL The meeting was called to order, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance, then roll call was taken with all board members present. It was noted that the meeting was properly noticed and posted. ` NEW BUSINESS a. Discussion and possible action regarding the roof bids received for the replacement of the Town Hall roof. Discussion was had regarding the differences and similarities between the roofing bids. Material samples were scrutinized and warrantees compared. Dawn Redford moved to approve the Exteriors Company bit. Steve Kriedeman seconded the motion. MOTION PASSED 3-0 ADJOURNMENT Dawn Redford moved to adjourn. Steve Kriedeman seconded the motion.
