1 Public Services Committee - August 18, 2026 City of Oconomowoc Public Services Committee Meeting Minutes August 18, 2026 - 6:35 PM Aldermen Present: Kevin Ellis, Lou Kowieski, Charles Schellpeper Also Present: Zachary Frankowski, Erik Jungwirth, Karen Spiegelberg, April Welch, Jennifer Aultman Kloth, Matt Rosek, Stan Riffle, Mark Frye, Gina Kozlik, Jason Gallo, Brad Timm, Tim Reel, Steve Hatton Chairman Ellis called the Public Services Committee Meeting to order at 6:35 PM. Committee Business a. Consider/recommend Resolution 26-R3395 Approving Annual Pavement Marking Contract Public Works Director Herzog explained the annual pavement marking intentions are to retrace fading areas and reprint or add where needed. Schellpeper asked about bike markings and Herzog addressed the areas for markings. Motion to recommend Resolution 26-R3395 approving annual Pavement Marking Contract made by Schellpeper and seconded by Ellis. Motion carried 3-0-0. b. Consider/recommend Resolution 26-R3396 Approving Annual Crack Sealing Contract Herzog reviewed the identified areas and alternates fitting in with available funds. The award would be to approve the two low bidders. Kowieski asked if it would be the same material as on Wisconsin Avenue and Herzog said it would not. Motion to recommend Resolution 26-R3396 approving annaul Crack Sealing Contract made by Kowieski and seconded by Schellpeper. Motion carried 3-0-0.
