Town of Christiana Special Town Board Meeting November 12, 2025, 6:30 p.m. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Special Meeting of the Town of Christiana Board will occur on November 12, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Christiana Town Hall, 773 Koshkonong Road, Cambridge, WI 53523. 1. Call Meeting to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Confirmation of Meeting Notice/Posting 4. Pledge of Allegiance 5. Approval of agenda PUBLIC COMMENT – Please fill out a public comment form and return to the Clerk or Chair before the start of the meeting. Note: Under ‘Public Comment’, the public may comment on any topic. Public comment is not required by law; however, state ‘Open Meeting Law’ does not permit the board to take any action on matters not listed on the agenda. Comments may be limited to a time-limit by the board. 6. Public Comment (limit of 3 minutes per person) 7. EMR update – CVFD 8. Update of the proposed amendment to the IGA to allow for a possible change in EMS service provider 9. Review of revised Fire Only Budget 10. Discussion and possible action on Commission Services for 2026 11. Public Comment (limit of 3 minutes per person) 12. Convene into Closed Session per Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)e, Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session: future staffing needs and models for the EMS service in the IGA. 13.
