TOWN OF CHRISTIANA PUBLIC HEARING AND PLAN COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA - Amended October 28, 2025 7:00 p.m. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing and Meeting of the Town of Christiana Plan Commission will occur on October 28, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall 773 Koshkonong Road, Cambridge, WI 53523. PUBLIC HEARING 7:00 p.m. Public hearing regarding: A request by Cindy Cutrano on behalf of Arington Adventures, LLC, regarding parcel #0612-054-9010-0, 2959 Evergreen Dr. Cambridge, WI to rezone a 3.36 acre parcel from RR-2 to RR-2 CUP to operate a short- term rental by owner. A request by Michael D. Rumpf on behalf of Allen and Jane Olson and A & D Olson Partnership referred to as Olson to rezone 3.1 acres from parcel/s 016/0612-638-500-5 (FP-35) and 016/0612-263-8030-4 (FP-1) to RM-8, to expand the existing East Koshkonong Cemetery. Adjournment 1. A quorum of the Town of Christiana Board may be in attendance for the purpose of gathering information relevant to their responsibilities. No matter shall be considered, nor shall any action be taken by said Board members at this meeting. 2. All items on the agenda are subject to action by the Plan Commission. 3. Any person who has a qualifying disability, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, that requires the meeting or materials at the meeting to be in an accessible location or format must contact the Town Clerk prior to the meeting so any necessary arrangements can be provided.
