Town of Christiana Town Board Meeting October 13, 2025, 6:30 p.m. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Meeting of the Town of Christiana Board will occur on October 13, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Christiana Town Hall, 773 Koshkonong Road, Cambridge, WI 53523. 1. ORDER OF BUSINESS a. Call Meeting to Order b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Roll Call d. Confirmation of Meeting Notice/Posting e. Public Works Director’s Report f. Fire Commission Report 2. PUBLIC COMMENT – Please fill out a public comment form and return to the Clerk or Chair before the start of the meeting. Note: Under ‘Public Comment’, the public may comment on any topic. Public comment is not required by law; however, state ‘Open Meeting Law’ does not permit the board to take any action on matters not listed on the agenda. Comments may be limited to a time-limit by the board. 3. NEW BUSINESS a. Discussion and possible action regarding a Rezone Request by Raymond Ripp, Agent Birrenkott Surveying regarding parcel #0612-193-9210-9, South of 1577 County Hwy B, Stoughton, WI to separate and rezone one 2.2 acre parcel creating one residential lot rezoned from FP-35 to RR-2 to sell in the future. b. Discussion and possible action regarding a Conditional Use Permit request by Dennis Kopf, regarding Parcel #0612-082-9430-0, 2771 Olia Road, Cambridge WI to rezone a 9.33 acre parcel from RR-8 to RR-8 CUP to operate a short-term rental by owner. c. Discussion and possible action regarding the appointment of Roxann Engelstad as the town’s citizen member to the BOR. d. Discussion and possible action regarding new disposal service agreements one from GFL and one from Pellitteri. e. Discussion and possible action regarding revisions to the Conditional Use Permit Application. f. Review and possible approval of Vouchers g. Review and possible approval of September 2025 Financial Summary h. Review and possible approval of September 2025 Bank Statements and Reconciliations i. Review and possible approval of September 8th meeting minutes 4. CLERK COMMUNICATION Budget season is upon us, be looking for notices inviting residents/electors to come to the budget meetings. 5. ADJOURNMENT Notes: A quorum of the Town of Christiana Plan Commission may be in attendance to gather information relevant to their responsibilities. The Plan Commission will not consider any matter or take any action at this meeting.
