Town of Christiana Smart Growth Committee Agenda Monday, September 29, 2025 Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Christiana Smart Growth Committee will be held at the Town Hall, 773 Koshkonong Rd. Cambridge, WI on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. The committee is tasked with updating the Town’s Comprehensive Plan as required by WI State Statutes. 1. Call to order 2. Attendance and roll call (please sign in) 3. Confirmation of meeting posting 4. Public Comment – comments may be limited to 3-5 minutes by the committee chair 5. Review and possible approval of August meeting minutes 6. Review and possible approval of the updated Public Participation Plan for the 2026 Comprehensive Plan update. 7. Town Survey a. Review questions 7-16 of 2009 Comprehensive Plan Survey (appendix C) b. Discussion on keeping, deleting or keeping with updates, each question c. Discussion on any recommendations for questions not addressed in 2009 survey. d. Any questions not discussed will be carried over to the next meeting. 8. Assign tasks to be completed prior to October meeting 9. Adjournment
