TOWN OF CHRISTIANA PLAN COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA August 26, 2025 7:00 p.m. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Meeting of the Town of Christiana Plan Commission will occur on August 26, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall 773 Koshkonong Road, Cambridge, WI 53523. 1. Call Meeting to Order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Attendance and Roll Call 4. Confirmation of Meeting Notice/Posting 5. Announce Meeting/Reminder for Attendees to sign-in 6. Approval of July 22, 2025, meeting minutes 7. A second request by Steven Weinberger to rezone an existing lot for residential use using transfer of development rights from FP-1 Farmland Preservation District to RR-2 Rural Residential District for parcels # 0612-173-8000-9 (Sending Property – Recommended by Dane County this parcel is to the south of the KS laydown site on Evergreen Road.) and # 0612-354-9100-0 (Receiving Property) 8. Adjournment 1. A quorum of the Town of Christiana Board may be in attendance for the purpose of gathering information relevant to their responsibilities. No matter shall be considered, nor shall any action be taken by said Board members at this meeting. 2. All items on the agenda are subject to action by the Plan Commission. 3. Any person who has a qualifying disability, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, that requires the meeting or materials at the meeting to be in an accessible location or format must contact the Town Clerk prior to the meeting so any necessary arrangements can be provided.
