Town of Christiana Special Town Board Meeting June 16, 2025, 6:30 PM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Special Town Board Meeting of the Town of Christiana Board will occur on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the Christiana Town Hall, 773 Koshkonong Road, Cambridge, WI 53523. 1. ORDER OF BUSINESS a. Call meeting to Order b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Roll Call d. Confirmation of Meeting Notice/Posting 2. PUBLIC COMMENT– Please fill out a public comment form and return to the Clerk or Chair before the start of the meeting. Note: Under ‘Public Comment’, the public may comment on any topic. Public comment is not required by law; however, state ‘Open Meeting Law’ does not permit the board to take any action on matters not listed on the agenda. Comments may be limited to a time- limit by the board. 3. FIRE COMMISSION UPDATE a. Discussion and possible action regarding the Fire Commission’s request to sell the old ambulance, Ambulance #92. 4. Discussion and possible action regarding the application of a Cigarette, Tobacco and Electronic Vaping Device Retail License for HSL Enterprises, LLC - dba Utica Bar, 2167 County Road W, Cambridge, WI 53523. c. Discussion and possible action regarding the application of a Class “B” Beer and Class “C” Wine License by Andrew Watson, Agent; dba Sprouting Acres, LLC, 1746 Hwy 73, Cambridge, WI 53523. d. Discussion and possible action regarding the application of a Class “B” Beer and Class “B” Liquor License by David Smithback, Agent; dba Utica Community Association, 1390 Hwy B, Cambridge, WI 53523. e. ADJOURNMENT Notes: A quorum of the Town of Christiana Plan Commission may be in attendance to gather information relevant to their responsibilities. The Plan Commission will not consider any matter or take any action at this meeting.
