Town of Christiana Special Town Board Meeting – Closed Session Notice April 24, 2025, 8:00 AM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Meeting of the Town of Christiana Board will occur on April 24, 2025, at 8:00 AM at the Christiana Town Hall, 773 Koshkonong Road, Cambridge, WI 53523. The Town Board will convene into closed session at said time and place. 1. ORDER OF BUSINESS a. Call meeting to Order b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Roll Call d. Confirmation of Meeting Notice/Posting 2. CONVENE INTO CLOSED SESSION a. Consideration of moving into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. sec. 19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, specifically, litigation pending in the Circuit Court and Court of Appeals related to the Invenergy and Wisconsin Utilities’ Koshkonong Solar Project. 3. RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION a. Following closed session, the Town Board will reconvene in open session and may take such action on the matters discussed in closed session as the Town Board deems appropriate. 4. ADJOURNMENT Notes: A quorum of the Town of Christiana Plan Commission may be in attendance to gather information relevant to their responsibilities. The Plan Commission will not consider any matter or take any action at this meeting.
