April 24, 2025 Minutes Page 1 of 1 Town of Christiana Special Town Board Meeting – Closed Session Notice Minutes April 24, 2025, 8:00 A.M. The meeting was called to order at 8:00 a.m. In attendance were Chair Jim Lowrey, Supervisors Steve Kriedeman, Dawn Redford, Clerk-Treasurer Kathleen Egre, and several members of the community. PROCEDURAL The meeting was called to order, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance, then roll call was taken, all the board members were present. It was noted that the meeting was properly noticed and posted. CONVENE INTO CLOSED SESSION a. Consideration of moving into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. sec. 19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, specifically, litigation pending in the Circuit Court and Court of Appeals related to the Invenergy and Wisconsin Utilities’ Koshkonong Solar Project. Dawn Redford motioned to move into closed session via roll call pursuant to Wis. Stat. sec. 19.85(1)(g). Steve Kriedeman seconded the motion. Jim Lowrey – Yes Steve Kriedeman – Yes Dawn Redford – Yes The motion passed via roll call 3-0 RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION b. Following closed session, the Town Board will reconvene in open session and may take such action on the matters discussed in closed session as the Town Board deems appropriate. Steve Kriedeman motioned to reconvene into open session. Dawn Redford seconded the motion Jim Lowrey – Yes Steve Kriedeman – Yes Dawn Redford – Yes The motion passed via roll call 3-0 ADJOURNMENT Steve Kriedeman moved to adjourn. Dawn Redford seconded.
