April 17, 2025 Minutes Page 1 of 1 Town of Christiana Special Town Board Meeting Minutes April 17, 2025, 4:30 PM The meeting was called to order at 4:47 p.m. In attendance were Chair Jim Lowrey, Supervisors Steve Kriedeman, Dawn Redford, Clerk-Treasurer Kathleen Egre, and several members of the community. PROCEDURAL The meeting was called to order, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance, then roll call was taken, all the board members were present. It was noted that the meeting was properly noticed and posted. BUSINESS a. Review and possible Approval of Vouchers Dawn Redford moved to approve vouchers. Steve Kriedeman seconded. MOTION PASSED 3-0 Discussion was had regarding the information on the financial summary and bank account balances were read. b. Review and possible Approval of March Financial Summary Steve Kriedeman moved to approve the financial report. Dawn Redford seconded. MOTION PASSED 3-0 c. Review and possible Approval of March Bank Reconciliations and Statements Dawn Redford moved to approve the March bank reconciliations and statements. Steve Kriedeman seconded.
