2025 ANNUAL MEETING AGENDA Tuesday April 15, 2025, 7:00 PM NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Christiana will hold its Annual Town Meeting of the Electors on Tuesday April 15, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Christiana Town Hall located at 773, Koshkonong Road, Cambridge, WI 53523. 1. Call to Order and Reminder for Residents to Sign-in 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Agenda presentation 4. Approve Minutes of the 2024 Annual Meeting 5. Approval of the Financial Report in printed form 6. Presentation on 2024 calls and services from Dane County Sheriff Department 5. Resolution authorizing Town Board to obtain a loan not to exceed $ if needed in 2025 6. Payment in amount of $ __________ to East Koshkonong Cemetery Association 7. Town funds to be banked at (Bank of Deerfield or other financial institution) 8. Set Date for next year's Annual Meeting- Statute Date third Tuesday in April, 2026 9. New Business 10. Adjournment Notes: The members of the town board may engage in discussion and information sharing, in their capacity as town board members at the town meeting, but no action of the town board will be taken. A quorum of the Town of Christiana Plan Commission may be in attendance to gather information relevant to their responsibilities. The Plan Commission will not consider any matter or take any action at this meeting.
