Town of Christiana Regular Town Board Meeting - Amended April 14, 2025, 6:30 PM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Regular Town Board Meeting of the Town of Christiana Board will occur on April 14, 2025, at 6:30 PM at the Christiana Town Hall, 773 Koshkonong Road, Cambridge, WI 53523. 1. ORDER OF BUSINESS a. Call meeting to Order b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Roll Call d. Confirmation of Meeting Notice/Posting 2. NEW BUSINESS a. Information on the new hire for our full-time Public Works position. Eric Schroeder accepted the Public Works position and will be starting April 24th, 2025, pending a clear background check. Steve Brandt has been promoted to the position of Public Works Director. b. *Approval of a Class “B” Liquor License; Utica Community Association, Utica Park; David Smithback President, 1390 CTY HWY B, Cambridge WI 53523 3. CONSENT AGENDA (All items listed under the Consent Agenda will be approved by one motion unless a Board member requests that item be removed for individual consideration/action.) 1) Motion to approve minutes for March 10, 2025, Regular Board meeting 2) Motion to approve Vouchers 3) Motion to approve March Financial Summary 4) Motion to approve the Bank Reconciliations and Statements 4. CLERK COMMUNICATION a. Please see the Dane County Sheriff’s office notice on the Town Hall bulletin board of a sex offender that has relocated to our township. b. Dane County Planning & Development sent out Ordinance violations to two township property owners March 25, 2025. Each owner is given 30 days to correct the issues. 5. ADJOURNMENT *This agenda item was corrected on 4/11/2025 reposted at 2:35 pm the same day. Notes: A quorum of the Town of Christiana Plan Commission may be in attendance to gather information relevant to their responsibilities. The Plan Commission will not consider any matter or take any action at this meeting.
