Town of Christiana Regular Town Board Meeting-Amended March 10, 2025, 6:30 PM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Regular Town Board Meeting of the Town of Christiana Board will occur on March 10, 2025, at 6:30 PM at the Christiana Town Hall, 773 Koshkonong Road, Cambridge, WI 53523. 1. ORDER OF BUSINESS a. Call meeting to Order b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Roll Call d. Confirmation of Meeting Notice/Posting 2. PUBLIC COMMENT- The board may hear and receive information from members of the public, but may not act on any items not posted on the agenda. Comments may be limited to a time -limit by the board. 3. NEW BUSINESS a. Discussion/possible action regarding swearing in of Kathleen Egre as Clerk-Treasurer, and Carissa Lyle as Deputy Clerk-Treasurer. b. Discussion/possible action regarding the additional assessment from Cambridge Community Fire & EMS District for $44,190.12. c. Discussion/possible action regarding Deer-Grove EMS Coverage Proposal. * d. Discussion/possible action regarding a request by Chad Georgeson to create 3 residential lots from parcel #0612-114-9500-3, 2659 Highland Rd, in order to sell lot 1 with existing house and build on lots 2&3. e. Discussion/possible action regarding driveway permits for Chad Georgeson. f. A request by Doug and Carie Nelson to rezone 2 acres from parcel #0612-203-8001-0 in order for son to build a home. g. A request by Josh and Mike Michels for the amendment of a deed restriction for parcel #0612-024-8430-0 in order to allow for the owning and operating of a custom automotive restoration business. h. A request by Andy Watson for the amendment of an existing CUP for parcel #0612-342- 95801in order to allow for additional days/times for Pizza Nights and Cooking Classes. 4.
