NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Burke on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at 6:00 pm in the meeting room of the Burke Town Hall located at 5365 Reiner Road, Madison Wisconsin, to consider a rezone and CSM request submitted by: Robert and Kathryn Shanahan to move a lot line on currently owned parcels located at 3315 Nelson Rd (parcel numbers 0810-243-0034-0/0810-243-0023-0) to increase lot 2 with current home and rezone the lots accordingly. A copy of the CSM and a map depicting the areas to be rezoned are attached.
