TOWN OF BRISTOL 7747 County Road N, Sun Prairie WI 53590 Jt. Planning-Town Board Meeting February 9, 2026, at 6:00pm 1 ORDER OF BUSINESS a. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 6:02pm by Chairman Willison. Board Members Present – Willison, Grove and Kvalo. Planning: Steve Schwartzer, Scott Manke, Daniel Everson and Chuck Kvalo. Sign-in sheet on file in Clerk’s office. b. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE – RECITED c. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: JANUARY 19, 2026, MEETING Board: Motioned by Grove and seconded by Kvalo to approve January 19, 2026, minutes as written. All aye’s, motion carried. Planning: Motioned by Manke and seconded by Everson to approve January 19, 2026, minutes with the correction of clerical errors. All aye’s, motion carried. d. APPROVAL OF CHECK REGISTER AND TREASURER’S REPORT FOR JANUARY 2026 Motioned by Grove and seconded by Kvalo to approve January 2026 check register. All aye’s, motion carried. Motioned by Kvalo and seconded by Grove to approve January 2026 treasurer’s report. All aye’s, motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT Patrick Anderson made a complaint about a neighbor’s garage light being obtrusive and submitted documenting pictures. Anderson inquired about the resolution of the placement of the non-compliant shed. The Sell’s have agreed to relocate the shed by the end of March 2026 and were informed that they are responsible for double fines. Daniel Everson made a complaint about garbage along town roads which seems to have increased this winter. PARKS COMMITTEE REPORT Ben Grove reported the town is a recipient of the Alliant Energy Tree Grant. BUSINESS FOR PLANNING COMMISSION & TOWN BOARD a. DISCUSS/CONSIDER PROPOSED CSM FOR PRAIRIE PINES CLUBHOUSE Brandon from Vierbicher explained the proposed creation by CSM of a 2.21 acres parcel including the clubhouse and part of the parking lot to satisfy financial loan requirements. The new parcel stays with the current zoning, and a declaration of easement will be established for the connecting parking lot. Planning: Motioned by Everson and seconded by Manke to approve the creation of a 2.21-acre parcel by CSM surrounding the clubhouse and a portion of the parking lot for PAC Acquisitions.
