CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 10:05 am by Chairman Willison. Board Members Present – Willison and Kvalo. Absent: Grove. Sign in sheet on file in Clerk’s office. BUSINESS a. DISCUSSION/CONSIDER 2025 Road Wedging Bids Sealed bids were opened and reviewed. Motioned by Kvalo and seconded by Willison to table 2025 road wedging bids until additional information can be gathered. All aye’s, motion carried.
