Town of Bristol Parks Committee Meeting Agenda Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at 5:30 pm @ Bristol Town Hall Notes I. Call to Order Ben, Lindsay, and Tamara present. Call to order at 5:32.Scott is absent. II. Review and approval of minutes from September 10, 2024 meeting. Motion to approve: Ben. Second is Lindsay. Motion passes. III. Discuss software for scheduling. Make a motion to approve a vendor and move to town board. Tamara motions to spend $3300 annually for DaySmart, plus $300 for swipe machine for town hall (one time purchase). Lindsay seconds. Motion passes. IV. Discuss agreements with soccer and baseball groups. Make a motion for field use fees and move to town board. Perhaps add to parking lot. Tamara motions will work toward getting a MOU with Soccer for $2,000 and agreement in place in February 2025. The baseball association for $500 for baseball. This will need to be determined later. Tamara to draft an MOU for both to come back to parks committee. Ben seconds. Motion passes. V. Discuss and approve appointments for open board positions. VI. Public Comment/Questions items not on agenda . Kara and Steve were here about bike paths on Egre. Tree grant was submitted. VII. Next meeting: Tuesday December 10, 5:30 VIII. Adjourn 6:33 pm by Tamara
