Town of Bristol Parks Committee Meeting Agenda Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 5:30 pm @ Bristol Town Hall Notes I. Call to Order - Scott and Tamara present. Call to order at 5:32 II. Review and approval of minutes from July 2024 meeting. The two of us approve the minutes. III. Discuss tree planting and grant application for Alliant Energy. We need quotes for trees. We need to get feedback from Cindy. We should ask for water bags for each. We also need to have auger. Hamms arbor care would be a good second quote. IV. Update on software for scheduling. One more to look at. V. Discuss agreements with soccer and baseball groups. We nominate Kim. Suzanne will help. Timeline is mid October to get draft. VI. Discuss and approve appointments for open board positions. VII. Public Comment/Questions items not on agenda . Krista to take care of waste and trees at Bristol Ridge. Tamara will contact soccer about mowing and trash. Have Dustin pull the tire at Pearl Court. VIII. Next meeting: October 22, 2024 at 5:30 IX. Adjourn
