NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Blooming Grove Town Board will meet on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 5:30 PM for a Public Hearing to consider the vacation of an unused portion of the Gannon Avenue right-of-way in the Town Hall located at 1880 S. Stoughton Road, Madison, Wisconsin. The following is the MEETING AGENDA: 1. Order of Business a. Call meeting to order; remind attendees to sign in b. Roll call c. Acknowledgement of meeting notice/posting d. Review agenda 2. Open Public Hearing for the Proposed Discontinuance of an Unused Portion of the Gannon Avenue Right-of-Way a. Summary of prior action to begin the process that includes passage of a resolution by the Town Board, recordation of a lis pendens with the Dane County Register of Deeds, notification served onto the affected property owner (Town of Blooming Grove), and posting/publication of the public hearing notice b. Members of the public will be recognized to speak for up to five minutes each 3. Close the Public Hearing 4.
