Special Town Meeting of the Qualified Electorate — Minutes

Blooming Grove Special Town Meeting of the Electorate Minutes for November 19, 2025 Chair Bristol called the Town Elector meeting to order at 6:14 PM. Those in attendance were reminded to sign in. Other Town electors in attendance were Amy Schroeder, Erin Pierce, Deborah Sellers, Frank Woznick, Rachel Salemi, Jeff Teuscher, Barb Hockett, and Dave Young. Also present were non-residents Clerk/Treasurer/Administrator John Wright, Deputy and Public Works Supervisor Cory Buske. Wright attested to proper proof of posting. There was no need to repeat the Pledge of Allegiance. 2a. Approval of the 2025 Town Levy payable in 2026: Chair Bristol read aloud Town of Blooming Grove Resolution 2025-01 which sets the 2025 local levy at $100,000.00. Frank Woznick moved to approve the 2025 payable 2026 levy in the amount of $100,000; 2nd by Amy Schroeder. Motion carried 8-0, with Deborah Sellers abstaining. 3. Adjournment: Chair Bristol made a motion to adjourn; 2 nd by Frank Woznick. Motion carried 9-0 at 6:18 PM.
