Town Board — Minutes

Blooming Grove Special Town Board Meeting Minutes for June 30, 2025 Chair Bristol called the meeting to order at 2:00 PM. Other Town Board members in attendance were Supervisor Teuscher, and Supervisor Young. Supervisor Schroeder and Woznick both had conflicts and could not attend. Also in attendance was Clerk/Treasurer/Administrator Wright. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by those present. Chair Bristol confirmed proper proof of posting with the Clerk/Treasurer/Administrator. There were no changes to the agenda. 2a. 2025-26 Operator’s Licenses for Tavarys Berry, Dakota N. Christensen, Susan Renee Cyr, Anthony Fairhurst, Jaime Griesbach, Calvin Jacob Hicklin, Lorraine Holt, Sheena Martinez Jimenez, Carly Kubly, Brenda Kunde, Garth Kutzke, Patricia Marks, Adam Cornealious Northington, Gavin T Roth, Tammi Wedekind, Amy L. Whitt, and Brian Lee Zmek: Wright reported that all applications with the exception of the one for Wedeking (affidavit of responsible beverage server training) are complete, the fees paid, and that no relevant activity was revealed in the background checks. He recommended that all applicants except the one for Wedekind be approved for regular licenses to expire on June 30, 2026. Wright further recommended approval of a provisional license for Wedekind to expire on August 29, 2025 (60 days). Supervisor Teuscher moved to approve the operator licenses for Tavarys Berry, Dakota N. Christensen, Susan Renee Cyr, Anthony Fairhurst, Jaime Griesbach, Calvin Jacob Hicklin, Lorraine Holt, Sheena Martinez Jimenez, Carly Kubly, Brenda Kunde, Garth Kutzke, Patricia Marks, Adam Cornealious Northington, Gavin T Roth, Tammi Wedekind (provisional), Amy L. Whitt, and Brian Lee Zmek; 2 nd by Supervisor Young. Motion carried, 3-0. 3a. Minutes of June 25, 2025 Town Board Meeting: Chair Bristol moved to approve the minutes of the June 25, 2025 Town Board meeting, as presented; 2nd by Supervisor Teuscher. Motion carried 3-0. 3b. Approval of Vouchers: Supervisor Teuscher made a motion to approve vouchers, as presented; 2nd by Supervisor Young. Motion carried 3-0. 4. Public Comment: None. 5. Adjournment: Chair Bristol moved to adjourn the meeting; 2nd by Supervisor Young. Motion carried 3-0 at 2:02 PM.
