Town Board — Minutes

Blooming Grove Town Board Meeting Minutes for January 22, 2025 Chair Bristol called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM. Other Town Board members in attendance were Supervisor Woznick, Supervisor Schroeder, Supervisor Teuscher, and Supervisor Young. Also in attendance was Deborah Sellers. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by those present. Chair Bristol asked if the agenda had been properly posted to which John Wright attested to proper proof of posting. 2a. Discuss and Possibly Consider Options for Process when Chair is Absent (e.g., appoint/elect a Vice Chair, elect a Chair Pro-Tem at select meetings, etc.): Supervisor Young nominated Supervisor Teuscher to serve as Vice-Chair in the absence of the Chair; 2nd by Supervisor Schroeder. There were no further nominations. Motion carried 5-0. 3a. Minutes of January 8, 2025 Town Board Meeting: Supervisor Tuescher moved to approve the minutes of the January 8, 2025 Town Board meeting, as presented; 2nd by Supervisor Schroeder. Motion carried 5-0. 3b. Approval of Vouchers: Supervisor Schroeder made a motion to approve the vouchers, as presented; 2nd by Supervisor Young. Montion carried 5-0. 4. Public Comment: Chair Bristol stated that he will not be in attendance at the February 12, 2025 Board meeting or Public Hearing. 5. Adjournment: Chair Bristol made a motion to adjourn the meeting; 2nd by Supervisor Young. Motion carried at 5:32 PM.
