The Applicant has provided proof of insurance and submitted the vehicles for inspection to the Police Department per Municipal Code 12.12, and the Police Department has returned inspection approvals. ADDITIONAL ANALYSIS The Protection and Welfare Committee shall review the application and provide recommendation to Council for final approval.
