Closed Session to Discuss Potential Land Purchase The Common Council of the City of Oconomowoc will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session with staff, pursuant to §19.85(1)(e). The purpose of the meeting is for deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically regarding potential land purchase. The Council reserves the right to adjourn in closed session. 3.
