Town of Black Earth NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Thursday, April 10, 2025 6:30 PM NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Black Earth Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 10, 2024, at 6:30 PM in the lower level of the MBA CPAs accounting building, located at 1116 Mills St., Black Earth, Wisconsin, to hear public input and consider the passage of the following and will take action during the town board meeting which will immediately follow: PETITION TO ADOPT SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM LICENSING ORDINANCE 1. Solar Energy System Licensing Ordinance. By enacting this ordinance, the Town will be creating Chapter 16 of the Town of Black Earth Ordinances.
