TITLE: Town of Berry Annual Meeting Minutes DATE: April 21, 2026 TIME: 7:00 – 8:16 pm PLACE: Town Hall, 9046 State Road 19, Mazomanie, WI 53560 POSTINGS: Town Hall and Town of Berry Website RESIDENTS PRESENT: 10 residents I. CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Duane Haag at 7:00 pm. II. CONFIRMATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETINGS LAW It was confirmed that the agenda was posted on April 6, 2026 at the town hall and on the website. III. APPROVE APRIL 15, 2025 ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES Motion Michael Theis/Carla Wright to approve the April 15, 2025 annual meeting minutes. Motion carried. Raise of hands vote 9-0 IV. SET ANNUAL MEETING DATE FOR 2027 Motion Michael Theis/Carla Wright to hold the 2027 annual meeting on April 20, 2027 at 7:00 pm. Motion carried. Raise of hands vote 10-0 V. 2025 ANNUAL REPORT Motion Michael Theis/Mike Statz to accept the 2025 annual report. Motion carried. Raise of hands vote 10-0 VI. DISCUSSION OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN PUBLIC SURVEY RESULTS Caitlin Shanahan from CARPC presented the Comprehensive Plan Public Survey Results and answered questions. VII. MIKE THEIS, TDS BROADBAND UPDATE TDS committed to expanding broadband in the Town. Most of the 767 area code area has fiber installed. TDS has until 2028 to finish the rest of Berry. VIII. OTHER TOPICS AS DESIRED BY ATTENDEES Motion Peter Dykman/Carla Wright to have the Town email monthly Plan Commission agendas and minutes. Motion carried. Raise of hands vote 10-0 IX.
