Town of Berry Site Visit Agenda Saturday, October 25, 2025 Site visits will start at 8:00 a.m. and will go according to the route below. The Plan Commission will assemble at the first site. 1. (D-2023-6) Clifford Zander, 6091 Ford Drive, final driveway inspection 2. (R-2025-11) Mitchell & Julie Seston, Gorst Road, rezone of 6.33 acres from A-1EX to AG with a transfer of a development right 3. (R-2025-13) Aaron & Rita Tiger, agent Gary Kalish, Far View Road, initial consultation of rezoning 8-10 acres from A-1EX to AG and driveway access and easement 4.
