Present Molling, Bayer, Lucey, Crittenden 2. Approve minutes of May 13, 2025. a. Motion Lucey/Crittenden: approve. Motion carried. Vote 4-0. 3. Public Comments: You may address the Board on any item not on the agenda. A discussion item may be placed on a future agenda. Comments are generally limited to three minutes. a. none 4. Discussion/Action: Recommendation to Board whether to convert portion of playing field to prairie a. Motion Lucey/Bayer: recommend to Board to convert portion of playing field lawn to prairie. Motion carried. Vote 4-0. 5. Discussion/Action: Planning and details regarding any conversion of prairie a. If board approves conversion, this year (2025) solicit estimates in Dec for herbicide application, collect seeds this fall and next, request seed from Dane Co. b. Start herbicide next year (2026) and plant seeds following winter once snow is on ground (2026/27). 6. Discussion/Action: Planning activities in existing prairie in remainder of 2025. a. none 7.
