Town of Berry Site Visit Agenda Saturday, July 26, 2025 Site visits will start at 8:00 a.m. and will go according to the route below. The Plan Commission will assemble at the first site. 1. (R-2025-7) Jeffrey & Amy Olsen, Enchanted Valley Road, rezone 5.9 acres from SFR to AG 2. (D-2025-7) Jeffrey & Amy Olsen, Enchanted Valley Road, driveway permit application 3. (R-2025-9) Adam Schall & Lindsay Koth, 4837 Enchanted Valley Road, rezone 1.32 acres from A-1(EX) to AG and 7.68 acres from RH-2 to AG to add acreage to current parcel 4.
