Clerk Verified that proper public notice and a quorum of board members present; Arndt and Skelton, Jungbluth not in attendance (available by phone) Motion by Arndt/Skelton to approve the agenda. Carried by unanimous voice vote. DL Gasser submitted a sealed bid for the LRIP project - 8th Ave. from Czech Ave. to 8th Dr. Hot Mix Asphalt for SMA No. 19720. No other companies submitted a bid. The board reviewed and discussed the proposal. After discussion a motion by Arndt/Skelton to award the road construction project to DL Gasser for $161,878.20 with a requested change order to reduce the total base aggregate to reflect a 1.5 to 2 percent grade over the existing crushed base to create a total base of 4” not an additional 4” base.
