Meeting notice in compliance. No Additional People in attendance. Motion by Skeltn/Jungbluth to approve agenda as presented. Carried by unanimous voice vote. A board working meeting to prepare a detailed list and bid specifications for road construction to be completed in 2026. Motion by Jungbluth/Skelton to approve the following roads to be bid. Bids will be due and open on April 28, 2026 with board review and possible approval at the regular board meeting May 13, 2026. Also, the board designated Arndt, Skelton, and Howard to conduct a final review of the publication and bid package details prior to first publication April 8, 2026. 1.
