Guest Speaker - Jason Kirsenlohr presented at March 18, 2025 board meeting and provided the board with information on road funding options. 2025 Road Construction Bids Review - Chairman Arndt and Supervisor Skelton presented bid information and recommendations for bid awards. All bid information available at the clerk's office. After discussion and questions a Motion by Arndt/Skelton to award Scott Construction $42,846. 23 for Single Chip Sealing.. After discussion and questions a Motion by Jungbluth/Skelton to trade-in the John Deere 508E Tractor for the Purchase a New Holland Workmaster 120 Tractor from Swiderski Equipment, Inc. for the amount after trade-in of $58,447. Carried by unanimous voice vote. Quote details are available at the clerk's office. Tools list to purchase - Chairman Arndt reviewed a list of used tools to purchase for $500. Board agreed. Fire District Inspection of Ordinance 2025-01 - Supervisor Jungbluth presented the inspection of buildings and premises within the jurisdiction of Adams County Fire Protection District ordinance. After discussion and questions a Motion by Skelton/Jungbluth to approve the Ordinance 2025-01.
