NOTICE Town of New Haven, Adams County, Wisconsin The Regular Monthly Meeting of the New Haven Town Board will be held on MONDAY, March 14, 2016 at the Town Hall, 330 Golden Court at 7:00 p.m. AGENDA A) Call to Order B) Pledge of Allegiance C) Compliance with Open Meeting Law D) Reading of, corrections to, and approval of minutes of previous meeting E) Treasurers Report, questions, and approval F) Statement that appropriate citizen input may be allowed at the discretion of the meeting chairman during the course of the meeting G) Old Business 1. Proposal by Jeff Delmore for Road Consulting Services H) New Business 1. Consider and act upon the request by Bonnie Petersen to rezone her property from A-3 to R-1{LL} and approve the Certified Survey Map of same which is being prepared at this time but not yet completed. 2. Transfer Site Lease 3. Approve any expenses incurred by Ed Sigmund who has volunteered to repair and paint the ramp at the Town Hall 4. Approve Class B Beer license for Granny’s LLC as applied for by Patricia Roehl 5. Approve Operator’s license for Patricia Roehl 6. Consider, pursuant to 2015 Act 140, either the appointment of a member to the Lake Mason Management District Board, or the delegation of authority to the Town of Douglas to do so. 7. Adoption of Resolution 2016-1 pertaining to previous item 8. Approve Per Diem compensation for members of the Town Plan Commission at the rate of $50 per meeting with a $500 annual salary for the Commission Chairman 9.
