Supervisor Bruce Duellman made a motion to approve the minutes of August 27th, 2026. Greg Sager seconds the motion. Motion made and passed New Business: Discussion -Road work Supervisor Bruce Duellman followed up with Lempke on 6th and 3rd ave. they were hoping to start the grinding up from 73 and that American Asphalt is hoping to get going in a week or 2. They are also working on 3rd to get that ready to go when they are done with 6th. Supervisor Bruce Duellman is concerned that maybe the ditching should get done on 6th before winter. Clerk Skeeter Fahser states she spoke with Scott from Synder and they were hoping to get the proof roll done on Wednesday or Thursday. Chairman Eric Fahser had a meeting with Dale about the mowing and grading. He’s planning on mowing in the next 2 weeks Chairman Eric Fahser informed everyone that he started to trim back 1st st and that there is a lot more to be done but he has started it. Discussion action -Meeting protocol. Chairman Eric Fahser would like to try to run our meetings more effectively and more transparent. He also would like to hear from the town’s constituent about their concerns but also wants everyone to know that we will be hold the meeting and ask that no one intrups that progress that the board needs to make. We will allow citizen input but would like to keep them to a minimum. Clerk Skeeter Fahser requests that when it comes to people talking that we are stating your name and address, and only one person speaks at a time so that it is easier to keep records. Citizen input: MUST SIGN IN TO TALK AND WILL BE LIMITED TO 5 MINUTES Peggy Heuer wanted to talk about the black top coming out of the cranberry driveway and she feels that this meeting was very productive and the transparency was nice to have. Motion to Adjourn- Chairman Eric Fahser asked for a motion to Adjourn the meeting. Supervisor Greg Sager made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Supervisor Bruce Duellman seconds the motion.
