Chairman Roberts will take a look at the roads and will get it taken care of Peggy Heuer asked about the 6th road project. Chairman Roberts stated that we will be discussing in the meeting. Kevin Heuer asked about the culverts went from 5 footers and now we have 4 footers. Peggy stated that we had many conversations on the size and Chairman Roberts stated that they were spec at 4 footers and that is how he ordered them that. Scott the engineer stated that it shouldn’t make that much of a difference New Business: Discuss with possible action-6th Ave Road project. Scott from Synder and Lempke Trucking were present and gave an update to the road construction. * They have installed the 3 culvers. * Started pulverizing the section on 73. With that they have discovered the in a few spots that they have a problem. The peat has caused an issue. They are proposing to pivot and instead of undercutting they will just raise the road with rock which should help. But with the changes will change the price. Scott from Synder is asking to make the change to raise the road instead of undercutting. Boards decision is as following Greg Sager made motion to put rock on top and hold off on what doesn’t have to be done yet. Chairman Roberts second.
