TOWN OF LEOLA Dave Roberts, Chairman 715-213-9677 Greg Sager, Supervisor 715-323-3254; Bruce Duellman 414-640-6899 Town website at www.townofleolawi.com TOWN BOARD MEETING Town Hall, 170 Apache Lane Wednesday February 18th, 2026 At 6:00pm SPECIAL MEETING Minutes Call to order 6:00 PM Pledge of Allegiance Approve minutes of February 11th, 2026 Greg Sager makes a motion to approve the minutes from February 11th, 2026. Bruce Duellman seconded the motion. Citizen Input- Peggy Heuer would like to address the bump on 6th Ave and that in the prior meeting discussed that the multiple reasons why the road had a bump in it and stated that the ditch on the north side of D is running pretty good and we might want to scope it out to see if in fact there was materials in the ditch causing it to make the road have a bump. Greg Sager informed the board that in fact there was a beaver that has a dam in it and a tv was removed from the ditch. Chairman Dave Roberts informed everyone that it will be discussed in the new business. Also, Peggy was wanting clarity on “new business Results of bid opening and possible bid award for 6th Ave Road improvements phase 1.” Chairman Dave Roberts will have Scott from Synder explain that once we opened the new business part of the meeting. New Business: Discussion with possible action- Results of bid opening and possible bid award for 6th Ave Road improvements phase 1. Scott from Snyder and Associates was present and informed the board of 5 bids that were received on the online bids. Lemke Trucking was the winner of the bidding process, and it was up to the board to approve or deny the bid. The board took a vote with 3 yes and 0 no. Bruce Dullman made a motion to approve Lempke Trucking for the 6th Ave ARPA Grant project. Greg Sager second the motion. Motion made and second. Discussion with possible action- March Meeting date change Chairman Dave Roberts requested the March Meeting to be changed from March 18th to March 16th due to conflict of schedule. Greg Sager motion to change date from March 18th to the 16th of March. Bruce Duellman seconded.
