Dave Roberts called Board of Review to order at 4:00 P .M. 2. Roll Call- Dave Roberts, Eric Fahser, Greg Sager, Ann Labucki, Skeeter Fahser, and Bob Madvig were present. 3. Confirmation of appropriate Board of Review and Open Meetings notices. Notices were posted on the Town website and the 3 posting sites (Town Hall, 4th Avenue and Akron Dr) 4. Appointment of Board of Review Chairperson was Dave Roberts and Vice- Chairperson Eric Fahser 5. Verify that at least one Board of Review member has met the annual mandatory training requirements. Eric Fahser attended Board of Review training on April 22nd, 2023 6. Board of Review has fully read and have accepted the ordinance for confidentiality of income and expense. 7. Board of Review has read and approve the policy for the procedure for sworn telephone testimony and sworn written testimony. 8. Board of Review has read and approve the policy regarding the procedure for waiver of BOR hearing requests. 9. The Board of Review has reviewed the Annual Assessment Report. 10. Receive the Assessment Roll and Sworn Affidavit of the Town Assessor Bob Madvig. 11. The Board of Review has reviewed Examination, correction of errors and certification of corrections if warranted and acceptance of the 2023 assessment roll following a determination that open book changes are included in the assessment roll presented. There were no changes to the 2023 assessment roll. 12. There was no Review Notices of Intent to File Objection. 13. There was no Hearings on Objections filed. 14.
