C. Arkdale, WI 54613 Agenda: 1. Call to Order 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Closed Session: It is anticipated that the town board will convene into closed session pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(a), Wis. Stat. (a) Deliberating concerning a case which was the subject of any judicial or quasi-judicial trial or hearing before that governmental body. Under the advice of the town attorney to discuss out of court settlement agreement. After completion of its business in closed session, the town board shall reconvene into open session to complete the remaining items on the agenda. 4. Motion to go into Closed Session 5.
