before the meeting pursuant to WI. Stats, Section 60.10.

3. Approval of 2021 Annual Meeting Minutes
4. Set Date and time for 2023 Annual Meeting
5. Annual Financial Report
6. Fire Department Report
7. Any other issues as authorized by law
8. Adjourn
