Committee Reports New Business: 6. Board would like to thank Mark and Melanie Lathrop for cleaning up roadside garbage. They live in Trout Valley. 7. D/A on opening sealed bids for purchasing sand at the transfer site from cleaning out the waterways. 8. D/A on opening sealed bids for tree removal from the transfer site for new driveway configuration. 9. D/A on opening sealed bids for road work for 2022 10. D/A on setting fee for clear cutting application 11. D/A on letter from DNR on discharging water into the dead horse from the field on 11th & Hwy C 12. Set a date for next Plan Commission Meeting (May 18) 13. D/A on setting a date for Rummage Sale Fund Raiser. Donated items would be accepted on Sat August 13th from 9 AM to Noon and Aug. 20th from 9 AM to Noon. Pricing for items would be whatever someone wants to donate for that item. All unsold items would be sent to the land fill by Aug. 29. Florence Hustad to coordinate this sale. 14. D/A on Pumphrey and Smoke House property cleanup. 15. D on how the town hwy department has been ticking things off the list that was discussed, general clean up, cleaning gutters on both buildings, organizing, doing roadside and driveway inspections, keeping an eye on trucks coming into the township including reviewing permits. 16. D on how Town Transfer Site has been moving forward with a new driveway configuration, new signage asking that no plastic bags are put into the recycle bins per Adams County Landfill. Gate repairs have been completed. An additional employee has been hired as needed for busier days. Mowing and ground maintenance have been addressed for the park, township and cemetery. 17.
