TOWN OF BIG FLATS SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING July 19, 2022 - 5:00 PM Call to Order: Chairman Reed called the meeting to order @ 5:00 PM. Supervisor Kipfer joined electronically through MicroSoft Teams. D/A on Ordinance to Appoint Town Clerk & Town Treasurer: Board discussed adopting the ordinance. Supervisor Clark made a motion to adopt the resolution, Supervisor Kipfer 2nd, all in favor. Ordinance was signed by Chairman Reed, and Supervisor Clark, it was left in the office for Supervisor Kipfer to sign. Clerk to relay Ordinance to Adams County for the November election.
