TOWN OF BIG FLATS SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING November 1, 2022 - 6:00 PM Call to Order: Chairman Reed called the meeting to order @ 6:00 PM. Supervisor Kipfer joined via Teams virtually. D/A on Rome’s offer to Patrol Hwy. 13 & Hwy. C: Board discussed offer from the Town of Rome. After some discussion, Supervisor Clark made a motion to deny permission, Supervisor Kipfer 2nd, all in favor. D/A Town Budget: Board reviewed 2022 income and expenses to date, and to year-end. They also continued with estimation for budget numbers for 2023. Adjourn: Supervisor Clark made the motion to adjourn, Supervisor Kipfer 2nd, all in favor. Present: (5)
